TRAVEL TO THE LOIRE VALLEY

Travel to the Loire Valley is very easy with a choice of shuttle, ferry to numerous ports, plane or train!

Its a very easy journey to the Loire. Take a ferry or shuttle to Calais then its under 6 hours drive time via either Paris or Rouen, in both cases motorway all the way. If you prefer a longer crossing and less driving you could try a crossing to Le Havre, Caen or Cherbourg. Tours airport is served daily from Stansted by Ryanniar on a 1 hour flight. Or why not let the train take the strain and take a Eurostar to Lille with only a platform change to a TGV onto St-Pierre-des- Corps on the outskirts of Tours. Car hire operators can be found at both the airport and train station from where its a 50 minute drive.
