Our rental week runs from Saturday but we are sometimes able to consider other start days depending on season. Here are our main terms...

The rental includes all linen, bath and pool towels,telephone for all incoming and local outgoing calls,fire- logs and a free midtstay clean and linen change for those staying over a week.

Terms of payment are 50% on booking and 50% 8 weeks before arrival or where booking is in the year prior to arrival then one third on each of booking, January 1st and 8 weeks prior to arrival.We also ask for a refundable damage deposit of £200.

We are very sorry but we do not accept pets or smokers.
